SAD-N series desiccant dryers operate on the cold regeneration (purge air) principle without a heater. Their twin-tower design delivers continuous dry air, while the absence of a heater significantly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs. With a simple design and low control power requirement, they offer a reliable and economical solution for industrial applications.

Cold Regeneration with Purge Air, Low-Energy Dry Air

During regeneration, a small portion of the dried compressed air (purge air) is expanded to atmospheric pressure and passed through the saturated tower, removing moisture from the desiccant bed. Requiring no heater or blower, this design delivers stable dry air at a -20°C, -40°C or -70°C dew point with low energy consumption and minimal maintenance.
