Oxygen generators based on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology retain the nitrogen in ambient air on a zeolite molecular sieve bed, providing continuous on-site oxygen production. By eliminating the need for oxygen supplied in cylinders or by tanker, they give facilities a constant and reliable oxygen source.

Two zeolite molecular sieve columns alternate between adsorption and regeneration on the pressure swing adsorption principle, ensuring a continuous flow of oxygen. This eliminates cylinder changes, logistics and inventory management; oxygen demand is met directly on site, as needed.
As compressed air passes through columns filled with zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen molecules are retained on the sieve surface while oxygen molecules pass through and are collected. While one column is depressurized and its bed regenerated, the other continues production; this cycle delivers a continuous, high-purity flow of oxygen.
